Peter has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services arena. He helps companies manage their employee retirement plans and provides advice to small business owners and other professionals. Peter enjoys the day-to-day interactions with individuals and couples of all income levels to determine their best path to financial success. He is knowledgeable in aspects of retirement planning, investment management, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning. Peter enjoys meeting new people and brings a thoughtful attitude to the financial planning process.
Professional
Peter attended Bethel University in St. Paul, MN, and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After college, Peter worked as a logistics manager for an IT company and as a veterans service representative for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. He holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations and has completed the certifications for CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®), and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®).
Personal
It was at Bethel where Peter met his wife, Amanda. They have three children: Haley and Jemma are 12-year-old identical twins and Anna is 8. Peter grew up in Cambridge, and after getting married, Peter and Amanda moved back to Cambridge in 2012. Peter enjoys hunting, hiking, sailing, sports of all kinds, and playing drums. He has coached soccer for Cambridge Christian School and serves on the finance committee of his local church.
